Akido Constructions Pty Ltd (trading as Akido Homes) was
registered on 26th August, 1993 by Jim Livingstone. However, Jim is a fully
licensed builder, who had been operating his own business as a sole trader
within the domestic building industry for over 20 years.
Throughout these years, Jim worked hard at developing the
company's "individual homes for individuals" market - this individuality evolved
from working with difficult and odd shaped building blocks, cost constraints,
stage progress timelines, individual styles, as well as owners' demands and
level of involvement.
Our focus
Our company concentrates on the domestic housing market
and is making a conscious effort to provide our customers with the best
quality and value for money available. We abide by HIA (Housing Industry
Association) high quality standards and remain current and in tune with
changing trends by attending seminars on a continuing basis.
